Time Commitment:

Get to know your team & figure out how you want to work together

Getting Stuck in a Process: Tips to Get Unstuck (understanding decision making strategies)

Best of the Best/Worst of the Worst: Team Meetings (determining what you want and don’t want in your meetings)

Check-In/Check-Out (developing trusting relationships and team unity)

Plus/Delta Evaluations (reflecting on what you’re doing well and what you can improve)
